Using Animyra

You may use Animyra for lawful personal or commercial creative work. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and comply with applicable laws.

Your content

You retain ownership of images and other content you use. You represent that you own or have permission to use, transform, and export that content.

Animyra does not claim ownership of your uploaded image or generated output. You are responsible for reviewing an export before publishing or relying on it.

Animyra’s name, logo, interface, source materials, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Animyra to you.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. Features, formations, export formats, and browser support may change without notice.

No warranties

Animyra is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are made about availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or export compatibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animyra and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost data, lost profits, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

Access may be limited or terminated when these terms are violated or when necessary to protect Animyra, its users, or others.
